Before attempting to return an order or item you will need to contact our customer service team to request a returns authorization number. Without this number it can be difficult to process your return meaning the process may take longer. You may email us or call us to discuss your concerns with your order.
There will be a 25% restocking fee for all returns and shipping charges that are not refundable. Postage for returning a package is to be paid by the buyer unless otherwise notified, and we highly recommend using tracking numbers for proof of delivery to expedite our service with your order.
To refund, you must return your product within 30 days of receiving it. Refund is issued within 48-72 hours after we receiving the returned product (not the day shipped back to us).
A: Broken Product:
• Note: Proof of broken or damaged shipments must be provided in forms of photos, or return products in original package within 30 days.
B: Buyer’s Remorse:
If the product doesn't appeal you or it fails to meet your expectations, we will take it back (within 30 days of purchase) under some rules:
• The product must be unused.
• The product must be in original package and under perfect working condition.
The images on our website may not be a true depiction of the color of our capsules. The colors will be very close, but may be slightly darker or lighter than depicted in image. For additional color assistance, please contact us and we can provide additional information (such as ANPA color code or actual photo)

Please be careful to provide a current and accurate address. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide a correct address, and we will ship promptly to the exact address provided. Any reship fees for orders unable to be received due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the buyer.
We understand these issues will happen every so often, and that your time is valuable. If you are unable to wait for a mislabeled package to return to us for a reshipment, you are welcome to reorder immediately and we will refund you the merchandise amount upon your packages documented return.
Note: Products mailed internationally may have Customs delays and in some cases may be refused by Customs. It is the buyer's responsibility to understand your country's importation laws. All return to sender packages received back will be subject to a restocking fee and shipping expenses are not refundable.
